EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

is tasked with creating business plans, overseeing day-to-day activities, improving performance, developing organizational culture, supervising heads of departments, reporting on revenue, and crafting/executing organizational strategy. And interprets the organization's purpose and programs to outside organizations and the public. Reports to the Chair of the Board of Directors.

SHANNIE

HOUSING STABILIZATION SUPERVISOR

is tasked with providing direct supervision of Housing Navigators and providing leadership on best practices for Housing support staff. This position works closely with all other 1DAAT departments to assure that participant needs connect with landlord Outreach efforts. The Housing Stabilization Supervisor is responsible for landlord outreach and relationship management throughout the seven (7) county Metro area, and the development of policies and procedures for Housing Navigation. Reports directly to Executive Director.

is tasked with ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently. This includes, codeveloping strategic plans to meet business goals, analyzing financial reports to make informed decisions, and ensuring our data security practices and policies align with federal regulations.

is tasked with administering all community-based education and Outreach programs and maintaining professional relationships with service partners; while forging into fruitful relationships with possible volunteers, fellow educators, financial contributors, and allies.

is tasked with connecting singles and families to free Community, City, and County resources. And supports Outreach in connecting the ideas and practices of 1DAAT with our partner organizations, support groups, specific audiences, and the general public.

OUTREACH & CASE MANAGEMENT

is tasked with assessing clients’ needs, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating services to address those needs effectively. This is accomplished by working closely with clients, providing support and guidance to help them navigate our complex systems such as healthcare, housing, and social services.

JASMINE

HOUSING NAVIGATOR

is tasked with conducting initial client interviews, assess housing needs and eligibility, and collect necessary documentation. We identify suitable housing options, coordinate with landlords and property managers, schedule and conduct housing tours, and assist clients with housing applications. Additionally, we advocate for clients’ housing rights, mediate disputes, assist with lease negotiations, and ensure clients understand lease terms.

ALVIN

HOUSING NAVIGATOR (AMPACT)
